1. Do I need to register?
No you can shop as a guest but registering means you can get alot more benefits such as information for tracking details, address book, reward points etc.
2. How do I log in using FaceBook?
Click on the Login button at the Top Right Hand Corner and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Login in with FaceBook" more details here
3. Where is my tracking number?
You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has shipped. Besure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you don't get in your nomal mail
4. What do I do if my product is faulty?
We will meet all your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  Items that are defective or damaged will replaced at no charge to you. Defective or damaged Items should be  returned within TEN business days from the delivery date.
 Items that are unable to be resold as new, or are missing parts as a result  of careless use, wear and tear cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after TEN business days.
Please note we can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We will not refund shipping cost if you have changed your mind or if the order has "FREE shipping"
5. When will a Pharmacyonweb customer service team contact me?
Most problems can be dealt with by email as we do not want to disturb you unless it is absolutely necessary . In this situation we will contact you by telephone or your mobile phone.  Of course you can contact us anytime during working hours or use the "Contact Us" page. Please use your order number as reference
6. Where is my order?
The standard delivery time is 2-3 business days in New Zealand and 10-14 working days for international shipping. This exclude weekends and Public holidays. Keep in mind we are at the mercy of courier and shipping company which can delay your order. Domestic customers please try contacting the courier company first from the tracking number we have supply you, this will facilate a faster inquiry process from the courier company in question.
7. What currency am I paying in?
All transactions and prices are in NZ dollars. You can change the currency at the top home page to USA or Australian currency but the credit card will still be automatically charged in NZ dollars by PaymentExpress, the payment gateway we use. International customers please note your bank or credit card company may charge you a fee for international shopping which has nothing to do with us.
8. Is It safe to enter my credit card online?
Your credit card numbers and membership details is guaranteed to be 100% safe and will be encrypted. For your added security we also use PaymentExpress, a professional WESTPAC INTERNET PAYMENT SYSTEM (WIPS) gateway to process your credit card which means your details are safely kept directly with the bank, even we can't access it!
9. Are there any duties, taxes or other fees?
No. The price you see on screen plus shipping fee is what you actually pay domestically and Internationally. There is a price breakdown information showing the product before and after tax as it applies in New Zealand and is require by law. 

10. How does the Points reward system work? 

Pharmacy Points Rewards (PPR) is here:  Its easy , you can earn Points for every dollar you spend. Use your points to buy Points Only products or get a discount at checkout. A minimum of 500 points is needed for a direct $10 discount at checkout count. Points is not exchangeable for cash and can only be use at www. pharmacyonweb.co.nz.  There is no expiry date for your PPR. Pharmacyonweb reserves the right to make changes to the PPR system anytime at its own discretion and without notice to users. You can also earn points for  product reviews , registering as a shopper and more so be sure to check here for update. Look out for points promotion in your email.
