Healtheries 100% Pure Goats Milk Powder is rich in calcium and protein, free from additives and has not been treated with radiation. It mixes easily with water to form milk, or you can use it to make yoghurt and ice cream or add it to smoothies and baking.
Made from fresh NZ goat’s milk that has been pasteurised, homogenised and spray dried to kill any nasty bacteria, it is easily digested making it perfect for anyone who is sensitive or allergic to cow’s milk. However it is not suitable as an infant formula or used as a sole source of infant nutrition under one year of age.

GE free and routinely and stringently tested for pesticide and antibiotic content. 
Not suitable as an infant formula and should not be given as a sole source of infant nutrition under the age of one year. It may be used as part of a child’s diet after the age of one year if the child’s health and appetite are in good condition. We recommend continuing on with infant formula until the age of two years if the child’s immune system is weak. 
Healtheries Goats Milk Powder has been pasteurized at 72 degrees for 15 seconds, homogenised and is spray dried. The enzymes in dried goats milk powder are inactive and a minimal amount will be destroyed by the pasteurization process. Mixing water with the powder will not reactivate the enzymes, however during the production of yoghurt (fermentation), these enzymes will become active again.
Directions for use
To make 1 glass: 
Measure 2 level tablespoons (15g) of healtheries Goats Milk Powder into a glass. Measure 150ml of cooled, freshly boiled water and mix the powder with a little of the water to form a smooth paste. Gradually add the rest of the water. 
To make 1000ml 
Measure 120g of Healtheries Goats Milk Powder into a container. Measure 900ml of cooled freshly boiled water and mix the powder with a little of the water to form a smooth paste. Gradually add the rest of the water.
Store in a cool dry place below 30 degrees C, in an airtight container. 
Goats milk may be used as a replacement for cow’s milk in cooking. 
One 500g can of Healtheries Goats Milk Powder makes 4.2 litres of reconstituted goat’s milk. 
Healtheries Goats Milk Powder can be used to make yoghurt, ice cream and soft curd cheese 
May be added to smoothies and baking to increase protein and calcium content
