*Currently we have Free Shipping in New Zealand only for all orders $100 or more. Prescription items due to low margins are not eligible for Free shipping

Tracking Number

 An email will be sent to you with a track and trace number for your order.

International

Good news for international customers we have lower our shipping rates due to favourable exchange rates.

International customers delivery by New Zealand Post Global Mail Parcel.
For large orders and heavy items in excess of 1kg such as liquid products we reserve the rights to notify you of extra shipping charges by email or phone before your order is completed. Again we appreciate if you could let our team know in advance by email   

*Bulk items exceeding the stated weight will incur an additional charge - you will be notified by email first

Delivery Times

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours once online payment has been confirmed excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are approximate estimates only and is directly sourced from NZPOST and FastWay Couriers.
Pharmacyonweb cannot be held accountable for delays due to customs and duty regulations in certain countries. 
Delivery times may be delayed in peak festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter,  National and other public holidays.

Not In Stock Items 

In certain situation your chosen product line(s) may not be in stock or discontinued by the manufacturer or NZ distributor. In such case we will promptly contact you to provide an approximate delivery time and possible replacement or alternatives.

Shipping Number 

 Shipping Numbers: All International Orders will receive a NZ Customs Shipping Numbers from us, so keep this information till your order(s) has arrive. There are No Tracking numbers for DHL Global Mail Delivery by International Air . You can upgrade to a shipping method with Tracking Numbers by emailing us for a quote for your destination before you placed your order(s). The shipping rates for orders with Tracking Numbers could be quite costly and we recommend our standard shipping method DHL Global Mail Delivery by International Air instead. You can be assured that 99% of our orders have reached their destinations safely.

Prohibited Items 

  In general most items on our website www.pharmacyonweb.co.nz can be shipped internationally except for Perfumes and Fragrances, Aerosols and flamable goods, and Controlled substances. But for your peace of mind you may want to checkout this comprehensive list of prohibited items as set out by NZ Customs.  A full refund will be action immediately for any orders which we cannot legally shipped.    

Delayed/Missing orders

Pharmacyonweb is not liable for any orders that goes missing after it has been delivered according to Track and Trace records. Please arranged your order to be shipped to somewhere you can received your order such as your work.

All NZ orders are inclusive of insurance and courier cost.

Countries which we do not shipped to

Currently we have stopped shipping to Indonesia and Ghana due to increase amount of Fraudulent activity.

Vitamins and supplements cannot be ship to Germany due to their customs policy. Customer from Germany, please check with your customs before ordering.
