Directions for applying sunscreen:

The rule of thumb is don't be stingy.

  • Apply the equivalent of 7 teaspoons of sunscreen every 2 hours to be adequately protected,
  • ·more often if you are swimming
  • check your sunscreen's label to confirm it hasn't past its use-by date (expired).
