You may return any unopened item, which is still in its original packaging to Pharmacy on Web for an exchange for another product or, full refund under special circumstances. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from within TEN business days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier). Please ensure goods for exchange arrive in good condition, as items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged or refunded.
We will meet all your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are defective or damaged will be immediately replaced at no charge to you. Defective or damaged Items should be return within TEN business days from the delivery date.
Items that are unable to be resold as new, or are missing parts as a result of careless use, wear and tear cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after TEN business days.
A full refund will be given If the return is being made as a result of our error.
A credit card refund can take up to 7 to 10 working days to clear from major banks before appearing in your credit card statement. This is a result of the banks policy as we release your refund immediately as indicated by the details we have sent back you.
Please note we can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We will not refund shipping cost if you have changed your mind or if the order has "FREE shipping".
If you have allergy or hypersensitvity to a certain product or ingredient(s) please check with us before ordering. We cannot refund a product which has been open and used. Please contact the manufacturer, it is at their own discretion if they will issue a refund.
Please contact our Customer Service team to see if the matter can be resolved before returning any goods for exchange or refund. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs.

Undelivered goods because of incorrect shipping address
Customers and especially on international orders, it is very important that you double check your shipping address during registration process and on the invoice after you make a purchase, please also supply us with a working phone number. If your order has arrived at your destination but the courier cannot deliver your goods because:
1.You incorrectly gave us a wrong shipping address and we cannot contact you by phone.
2. You have moved premises
At our discretion, we will refund your payment on the following conditions:
a) That the goods have been returned to us at your own expense in a saleable condition.
b) That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
c) That you accept a 15% re-stocking fee plus any tax incurred by us from New Zealand Customs for the returned shipment.
