Corrections are the messages we value most. If a figure on this site is wrong, out of date, or misleading in context, tell us and we will check it against the source and fix it. Below are the addresses for each type of enquiry, and an honest note about the things we cannot help with.
Where to write
Corrections and general questions
Errors, outdated pricing, broken links, or anything that reads as unclear. Please name the page and quote the sentence in question, since that alone cuts our checking time in half. We aim to respond within two business days.
Questions about a published figure
If a number on this site looks wrong or you want to know where it came from, ask and you will get the source. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link needs no permission. Figures taken from a platform's own reporting are labelled as such on the page, and the reasoning behind any of them is available on request.
Partnerships and advertising platforms
Enquiries from advertising networks, affiliate managers and agencies. Please read this first: a commercial relationship does not buy coverage, does not alter our description of a platform, and does not remove criticism. If that is a condition of the offer, there is no point in writing.
Privacy and data
Requests about the personal data we hold, questions about our cookie policy, or complaints about how the site handles information. Data requests are acknowledged within five working days and answered within twenty working days.

What we cannot help with
We are not an advertising network. We do not operate any platform described on this site, cannot see your account, cannot check a balance, cannot release a payment and cannot restore a suspended campaign. Those requests need the platform's own support desk, which is normally reachable from inside the account.
We cannot mediate a dispute. If a network has withheld a payout or closed your account, we have no standing in the matter. Take it up with the network first, and where the dispute involves a major advertising programme's policies, with that programme through its own appeals process.
We cannot review your campaign. We do not offer consultancy, campaign management or account audits, and we are not in a position to tell you whether a specific offer will work. If your question is a general one about how to buy website traffic, the answer is usually already on our main page. What we can do here is check whether something we published is accurate, and fix it if it is not.
Response times
Corrections are handled first and usually within two business days, because an error left standing costs readers more than a delayed reply to anything else, and the process behind that is set out in our editorial policy. Questions about sources and figures follow within the same window where possible.
Partnership enquiries are answered in batches and may take longer. Privacy requests follow the timeline stated above, regardless of how they arrive.
If you have not heard back within a week, resend the message rather than assuming it was ignored. Background on who reads these messages is on the about page and the author profile.
